I’m a postpartum doula of 6 years, somatic guide, mother, and entrepreneur passionate about women and mothers living the life they want to live, a life that feels truly good to them. Unapologetically! I believe this starts with receiving support and wisdom, building community and finding presence in the body. These roots are where all of my offerings stem from.
